New ReviewerI am a physician who moved to Big Spring TX a small town where the total commute from anywhere to my workplace is less than 15 minutes
ATMOS will give only a half a day window for turning on the gas .
they refuse to call you before they come .
on one occasion i waited from 12 noon to 2.30 and got a call from the clinic
I left a note on my home leaving the home open . saying I will be back in 7 minutes and not to go away
I came back in exactly 8 minutes and the tech was gone leaving a note to reschedule .
after a week I took whole half a day off after waiting for 3 hours I call the company
they say the tech is on site!
I tell them there is no one
they keep me on hold then inform me that the tech came in to the garage which was open and with my car parked right there knocked on the door in the garage .and left without coming to the main door or ringing the bell.
so I loose one half day for nothing.
in this day and age with cheap cellular telephones and GPS systems why cant ATMOS give a 30 minute or 1 hour window for turning on the GAS
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $250.
